KZread shouldn't be automating their complaints especially copyright, defamation, etc. on videos, since situations should be analyzed by a person. It's a shame you just need to fill in some information and you can get a video restricted in some form

Way to be a good detective. My dad is old and every now and then I hear him yell at these irs scammers. "You would be a much better scammer if you spoke better English" my dad's English is also not great making it hilarious

The protection scammers get is a side effect of the cushy treatment that corrupt giant companies like Viacom and Sony BMG and whatnot sued to get. They could afford bigger lawyers (at the time) and they could afford to pay off congress to pass favorable laws to their own business interests. A whole lot of corruption. And little shit scammers and other bad actors can reap the benefits of the resulting anti-user system.

God bless you Jim. My father got a scam call about his PC years ago...and I was at his home that night when scammer made 2nd attempt to call. So I answered and played dumb with him. Indian accent and told me press these keys to allow him remote access. Our computer was off but I just randomly pressed keys (rattling) and telling him that its not working. Scammer asked me to type this and that...I did as told. Nothing works. Scammers get frustrated and asked if I was doing it correctly. I finally yelled out STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. He hung up. Hahahah...truth is...my father's PC has not been used for over 4 years since he plays with his Ipad. LOL

d.tube would be an option. that site is steem blockchain based. it is not even technically possible to take video's down. Worst that can happen is that a video gets a lot of dislikes by the users and doesn't get recommended to people anymore. Ads free and stuff as well.

"hola" is one of those free VPN that are easy to use, it comes as a chrome extension. Just remember to turn it off when you're not using it.

Your one of the few good people making a dent man keep it up, far to many people have blinders on to this stuff.

I've had the personal displeasure of having scammer infect my pc with malware and I can say from personal experience that it's a pain to remove it. So thumbs up to you for fighting against them

I appreciate knowing there are people actively trying to stop scammers. I don’t have the technical strength to stop pc scammers. I therefore avoid that as much as possible. I do constantly slow down the telephone scammers by keeping them on the line as long as possible. My infinitesimally small contribution to stopping these folks

Wow! One of the top guys gets hit by these scammers! I'm glad it's working out, and you got your site pack. It's great to know that you still scare them, though. It makes me more aware of just how easily they can get someone. I have to crank up my awareness. I have to ask, are these clowns losing ground? I hope so. Thanks for educating us and showing us what to do. With the increase of technology, we’re even more in danger.

KZread siding with the scammers explains a lot about how they operate.

Very interesting, never heard of scamming company attacking youtube videos, because it can open them to legal suite. I think they made grave mistake with this. Speak to someone with legal knowledge for UK and KZread laws. I think you can open suite on grounds that you are losing money from ad revenue on that video. I know you dont want money from them but then youtube will have to give out their names for legal reasons.

KZread: "Not our problem Sir/Ma'am, We dont give out names, phone numbers or addresses from those who placed an action on your account" "We also dont get involved in legal matters between users on our platform" PERSON: "What.!? - You dont dont get involved?, then why did you take a legal action on my video?" KZread: "Because we must take legal action if a person or company requires us to take legal action on your account" PERSON; "But you just said you dont get involved in legal matters between users of your platform, so why is there a legal action on my video?" Still available in the UK as of this comment. Keep up the good fight, your content is brilliant 😁 VPNs often change your virtual location as part of their encryption so couldn't people use one of those to view blocked videos if they're from the UK, or is that too much of a hassle?
