I wonder if this kind of spell can be used to let go emotions, instead of people... For example, even tho I try to think differently, I am very angry about family members for years now, and I just want to find peace. Can this spell be used in this way ?

Firstly, this is such a nerve racking thing for me so please be nice, this is a ritual I've debated on doing a lot and put to the test a few times i really hope this video gives you something even if its all over the place, secondly, all this filming was not me actually performing the spell, this was all a demonstration, hence why it looks all robot like he he and thirdly, SALT, please be careful with fire/herbs/salt, make sure the flames aren't going crazy when you place the herbs on as salt can react weirdly, I've never had a problem just be aware and dont add a hella ton of it, lots of love and PLEASE BE NICE, LOTS OF LOVE MAGICK BABES X

I encourage you to continue make more videos like this & a suggestion I have is that you should start off doing the beginner basic spell videos first then once the basic is covered as the episodes go on you can do the more advanced spell videos. Hey Harmony! I've tried your spell. With someone that I've have had real real issues letting go off, even if I have not seen this person for years. The spell was seriously so strong on me that all the emotions was removed from me completely. I was to be honest a bit In shock after because I was so used to thinking and feeling this person the majority of my time. I used crystals as well. Might have increase it as well. I don't know. But.. shit man. Go Wicca GO ;)

Tanika Murphy I used rainbow obsidian, malachite, and blue kyanite! I also used a selenite and black obsidian wand to cleanse my space. Rainbow obsidian has a soft, heart chakra energy that’s very soothing and malachite and blue kyanite assist with letting go of what no longer serves you.

I did a spell based on this one, i even remember the day, 1 november (samhain vibes), i wanted to stop crushing on this boy that i liked for 7 years, it becamed a very bad and unhealthy obssesion and he didn't even liked me. I tried to let go of him for several times but it didn't work, and then i tried your spell. Harmony since I stumbled upon your channel my eyes kinda oppened a little. I'm Armenian and as a child I always saw my great aunt or older women practicing tasseography ( using coffee grains) but I always overlooked it and wasn't much interested in the practice ( I just thought it was only for entertaining purposes) but since I watched your videos I sort of realised how much witchcraft is integrated in Armenian culture (especially amongst women) and now I'm more interested in finding more about it since surprisingly enough it was around me during my childhood and I witnessed it without realising it . I was in the exact same situation a year ago. Ending things was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I still hold so much love for this person even though I've lost them from my life. Do sit with your feelings and talk t those who know you well, you'll realise if you're truly happy or of it's time to let go because the bad times outweigh the good. It's by no means easy and I still miss my ex terribly, even knowing they probably hold nothing but negative feelings towards me. I know I did the right thing, even if I doubt it when missing them becomes too much on certain days. Best of wishes to you.

Yunikon Hey, I don't know if it's helpful, but for me, meditating helps. Literally starting with just 2 minutes and building up a minute at a time. Don't try and shut out your thoughts, just "observe" them. Don't focus on the thought itself. Or maybe try a guided meditation or visualisation. I also use mala beads sometimes, that way my hands are kept busy too. Or I let one of our dogs sit on my lap (they're tiny), then I can just let my hands rest on their fur and I find it comforting. It also lets my mind focus on how soft and warm they are and helps me to zone out a bit. :) Sorry that this is long! Also sorry if it's no help!

I work with these issues and in spite of advice against it, I find that having some form of background noise on helps me quiet my brain. So does the prep work for a ritual, however small. Cleaning, banishing the negative energy, etc, puts me into the right rhythm. Stuff still creeps in. Just do your best. I sometimes have to cast my circle a second time if I get distracted.

Just jumping in to say HI, I'm a closeted witch too! Are you able to join the Amino app? I've found it so so helpful and I bet you could find lots of ideas on there. But also, don't worry about buying all of the things. You can use everyday items and things you find in nature, things don't look suspicious. I love using rocks, sticks, feathers, and full moon water in my rituals. Your craft is yours! If it feels right to you, that's all that matters. Hope this is helpful :)

Whoa, so glad I wasn’t the only one. I had to get off of it myself. I completely agree with you, my experience was long and overall toxic. There are some HELLA fuckin creeps on that thing. For ONE example, there’s a dude pretending to be an angel and manipulating people , it’s really ugly. Sad, cause the idea is really cool, but it’s not the best....

hey harmony soon a g I did a spell for a friend and me who was going trew massive big negative experience and anxiety and bad things... I did it in front of a mirror over my altar and directly after my ritual I felt like something very heavy was floating around and had some paranormal feeling issues .. it was a protection spell and my first one. over 2 weeks since then and it seems to work great for me and my friend FINALLY! but I still have this weird feeling around my space ( specially in my bedroom) do you have some tips for protection, and being safe in rituals thank youxx
