Good that you had accepted that it was a mistake. But saying his visit a success is not appropriate. First, the government removed the illegal occupation of govt land (this is a common thing which happens everywhere). So Pavan Kalyan should actually ask the govt to recover all such lands which are illegally occupied by people surrounding it & take strict steps to protect govt lands (whether they are taken up by common people or occupied by celebrities including politicians). If Pavan Kalyan has demanded the govt to take strict action about all such things rather than just take action only when new govt works are planned. And he could have projected some examples where such occupations are done by common people of other places or by political class (of his opposition political parties) - then it would have been a success. But here he is directly supporting people who have illegally occupied govt lands by extending their houses. In reality, legally they should be punished for this act including removing such illegal construction that was present in govt lands.

@@Mogamboz Firstly please look how u speak on a public platform. Being educated u are expected to atleast have civic manners which u speak on social platforms. Coming to your point: 1. There are notices given to them to remove their constructions which are constructed on govt lands - notices are given twice which are already available in public domain. So procedure established by law is followed by state govt & it's not a sudden removal. If it is sudden removal then mistake is on govt's side. So please know legality of the issue than just going by politics or emotions. 2. Who are we to decide the width of the road which has to be laid there? That village is now part of a corporation & it's not a isolated village anymore. And it's not that only road works are happening only in that village. There are road works happening in Mangalagiri constituency too. 3. Regarding issues of MLA or even of MP - if i remember correctly, there are no complaints on them on those issues which is surprising. The YCP as a party can itself file a complaint to know the truth behind the issue, but being a political party I don't think it will go to such an extent. So better the victims of MLA/MP complaint against them so that these kind of issues will have serious consequences. My suggestion to you is don't just look at things emotionally - see them logically, legally, objectively.

@@Mogamboz I do know how the system works in India & it's not a new invention that happened but it's been like this since ages. The institutional arrangements were done in such a way where ruling party have an edge. But the victimhood projection of Ippatam village people is not correct as it is clear that they have constructed their houses over and above their own land and entered into public property. So in this case even if institutions work properly then those who have constructed their houses into public land have to be fined or given punishment as per the existing law. So they are not the victims at any cost. Which is why I pointed in my earlier comment that it would have been better for Pavan Kalyan to raise an issue like removing all illegal occupations & not just when something like constructing infra comes up. This is like he is in support of those who have constructed their property in others land (which itself is illegal). With the support of JSP followers, he could have asked them to identify such illegal occupations (across the state wherever possible) by politicians of opposite parties like YCP & TDP so that a good issue can be raised. Such kind of a thing could have been more constructive & he would have got good image too.
