Life has been super hectic for me lately, but I'm excited to be back with another 5 AM productive workday video! This is a peek into a typical day in my life - I've been focused on sticking to my routine and building healthy habits. I've been enjoying my regular workouts and cooking up delicious, healthy meals.
Also, guess what? I just got my new M3 MacBook Pro! I'm excited to show you how I set it up for coding, development, and productivity. I'll be sharing some of my favorite Mac apps and tools that keep me on track.

Love the day in the life of Mia Ngo. Also, you made me remember that I need to get an adequate dose of sun per/day because my Vitamin D levels were out of range (i.e. too low) during my previous blood work. I need to get my levels up prior to my next doctor's visit in July. Anyway, I like the fact that you have integrated exercise into your day because many people just don't do it. BTW, my favorite workout these days is the 12-3-30 treadmill exercise. Thanks so much for sharing, and please keep the videos coming.

Thank you~ I’m glad you enjoy watching it! 🤗 ahh I used to do a lot of 12-3-30 too - it is a great exercise!!! I’m doing it less often now only because it’s a bit more time consuming so I switched to doing Stairmaster instead 😋
So much inspiration. Currently learning Software Development as we speak through a cohort! Just recently got the M3 MacBook Pro Space Black as well! Whoop whoop!

It's great to see another video from you Mia! Sure you've been "MIA" but considering how much time and work your job entails, I think that's to be expected! Video quality has been getting better too. It's really awesome to see you grow video by video! I enjoy watching day in the life videos because it's cool to see how people with different lifestyles, occupations, and routines go about their days Keep it up with the videos Mia and I hope all is well in the Bay. Of course with being able to wake up early, you get more time in your day to do what you need/want to do. 1:08 Wild that you had a meeting for that long! I work at a company where we keep meetings no longer than one hour 3:33 Looks sweet! Nice upgrade 5:00 - 9:00 Very cool to see you show what kind of apps you use for your terminal and code setup. I'm kind of plain and jane in that I don't look much into these customizations haha (I guess other than having dark theme modes but that's barely scratching the surface); probably need to look into those as well 10:48 For me, I just eat whatever I pick out every time. I like getting a mix of the best ones at some times and the not so best ones at other times 11:10 Ayyyy, getting those greeeeens! 12:20 Awesome that you still hit the gym! I hit the gym as well but I do it first thing in the morning before clocking in to work! Everyone's different of course 13:19 I've heard many people are Vitamin D deficient so you're not alone. But it's also good you've been getting yourself out after being stuck inside all day! 14:26 Just got back from playing basketball as I was watching this part haha! Yes thanks for the reminder Mia, I try to go outside in the morning/early afternoon then relax the rest of the day

hi , just gettting started into college and my concers is that should i be going with WIndows or mac ! Linux coding shouldn't be a concern now as windows and mac has linux system integrated into them ! But the problem is sometimes my mind comes into gaming also and mac can't do that i am not a gamer to play games evryday i just want a laptop that fulfill my need accordng to every situation like if it's holiday then i can game when it working day i would prefer battery life more ? Which one should i choose ?

I think a Window machine would work better for you since you like playing games as well. Gaming is pretty limited on the MacBook
