We share the same morning rountine, I have to communicate with Baba God 1st then I do my workout 4 times a week. Can I give you a couple of tips try chai seed pudding - soak it overnight it is more filling as opposed just doing it on the day. And for the fruits you can top it with natural Greek yogurt. I don't know if you saw the tags under the title of the video. It was pretty obvious that this was an ad. Wasn't exactly hidden. A lot of influencers make ad videos like this by incorporating the product (in this case the space) in a more or less normal video
