hey, amazing video I love all the small details you included! I was wondering when do you spend time helping your clients? from the schedule it didnt seem like you spend alot of time with your clients, do they get like a digital program that they can do without you being heavily involved?

I recognized that what you do is totally worth it and not a scam, and I love that. Furthermore, I noticed that you have an email list, and I was curious how your marketing is going. its a great book! I would definitely suggest it but its not 100% necessary especially in the beginning. You can scale to 6 figures just by using the videos that are in there now~

Hee iv'e got a sport /work out question : can you pls answer? SO I have been doing sports for many years the last year I have been siriously seeking in depth and working on technique outcome and different training styles etc lets just say more consious training. When I search online how long your muscles should rest I get different answers , for power training for example 2- 3 days or they are talking about an amount of hour rest . I am having a job where i am standing a lot lets say 5-8 hours . I am wondering how to approach this, since I cannot skip work because I go to the gym. (sirious question)

Macronutrient: refers to carbohydrate, protein or fat. Micronutrients are things like individual vitamins/minerals
