You rested on the 7th day - God's Sabbath which he asked us to Remember to keep holy :) This wasn't a fluke, this was def the Holy Spirit leading you and you followed, reaping the blessings and benefits of His promise...praying you keep this up, it will change your life :)

I get my rest on the Sabbath from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. That's when I reenergize and spend time with God and learning of His ways.

This is the actual Sabbath. Constantine changed the day from Saturday to SUNday (day of sunworship) to compromise with the pagan Romans. Jewish people celebrate and rest from sundown Friday through sundown Saturday. Many Christians (not just 7th day Adventists) are returning to the true, non pagan Sabbath which is Saturday.

AMEN!!! The Sabbath was sanctified in Genesis by God, right from the get go!! The Bible says to be like Jesus - He kept the Sabbath Holy and He rested - I do the same b/c I follow GOD and not the made up traditions of man

I taught recently on a Tuesday night at our church and it was on God wanting us to rest in Jesus. We can do nothing without Him. We produce fruit of the Spirit by "abiding in the vine, Jesus"... resting in Him. He is so so good. His great love for us is the root of it all and it is beautiful and changes us within when we simply believe and receive His love. Good message Ash! 🌸💜🌸
