Right on. Drove a bus in 50 for several years. One of my funny story was informing the tourist that at one time Parker Ranch was one of the largest ranch in the US. Several hundred acers of land was sold off bumped themselves into second. So I asked if anyone knew what's the largest ranch now. After a few seconds later with no replies I informed them it was Hidden Valley Ranch.

His accents are brilliant. And "Hawaiian time" is basically "Polynesian time". No matter where you are in the Pacific - Samoa, Tonga, Niue, Cook Islands, Tahiti, even New Zealand - you'll find it to a greater or lesser extent. And at a guess, I'm pretty sure anyone from the Caribbean would say the same. It seems the warmer a place is, the slower and more relaxed things get. Something Northern Hemisphere tourists should make an effort to understand; the holiday will go much smoother! 😆

Right on. Drove a bus in 50 for several years. One of my funny story was informing the tourist that at one time Parker Ranch was one of the largest ranch in the US. Several hundred acers of land was sold off bumped themselves into second. So I asked if anyone knew what's the largest ranch now. After a few seconds later with no replies I informed them it was Hidden Valley Ranch.

His accents are brilliant. And "Hawaiian time" is basically "Polynesian time". No matter where you are in the Pacific - Samoa, Tonga, Niue, Cook Islands, Tahiti, even New Zealand - you'll find it to a greater or lesser extent. And at a guess, I'm pretty sure anyone from the Caribbean would say the same. It seems the warmer a place is, the slower and more relaxed things get. Something Northern Hemisphere tourists should make an effort to understand; the holiday will go much smoother! 😆

I love Jermaine's Luau. The food was amazing, especially the Pork and Haupia. Lots of dancing and even a group Hula instruction.

Real luau’s are hosted on woven palm mats .. on the ground, with people sitting in a long rectangle around the food... The poi should taste like a clove seasoned steak, not the purple bland tasteless pudding you find in common luau’s..
