Mr. Bolian. Thank you for letting Mr. Katz tell his stories. The wisdom he invokes is priceless and needs to be shared. In one of your videos, you shared your experiences with renting to Rappers. One of the names you mentioned in the story was a local ATL rapper named "Shawty. Lo. You briefly mentioned something about his parental stats and I'm curious to know if you are aware of the story surrounding his funeral following his tragic passing from a car crash? yup. i borrowed out my beloved old 97 volvo V70 in exchange for some mechanical work to be done on the car, my family member had the car for a few weeks. i called him and said i need it back now. he didnt want to but i said 24 hours or i will take it by force with some legal help. got it back and it was ran out of fuel and only fraction of the work was done, plus the intior was full of garbage and sigarete butts.

Two uploads per day is bad for youtube algorithm. One video a day gets maximum promotion for each video. once the 2nd video is uploaded the first one loses momentum.

I've been working in the exotic car rental industry for about six years now and it never fails to amaze me all the different schemes that people try to pull with these cars. So many people try to jump higher than they can really reach and end up in over their heads with these exotics. Mitch is dead on with one thing, never hand over your exotic car to become a rental car unless you really take the time to understand exactly what it is you are doing. If you do your car WILL get damaged, it WILL get a bunch more miles put on it compared to similar models, it WILL end up in pictures and videos with other people claiming to own it, and it may end up wrecked or just plain disappearing. If you haven't done your homework, you may end up having to take the loss for any and all of those issues while the owners of the rental company walk away with their rental fees.

Anyone else get the most sketchy car leasing ad before the video?

I got an Ad For a super Car lease place while watching this

I can see why Ed likes that Verde Draco color on his Merci' @ 1:21 to be camouflaged , but I am digging that Verde Ermes tint like some of the original Jeep Grand Cherokee V8's came done in. There is a sort of secret pearl mix that you don't tend to notice until you are right next to one. I don't usually like green cars that much, but there is some credit due here for changing that. Some mean cops are "color deficient" and tend to give breaks to certain hues I've found out. The angles you guys have conquered in a short span of time.

Because its usually wanna be ballers using other peoples money/credit to do it. I know of one that actually does ok, but 98% of his cars are paid for by him and owned outright. On some rare occasions he'll sublet a friends car to make a multi car deal happen if he needs too . But he usually includes a driver because he does events like weddings and movies instead of just renting to idiots with credit cards. Also his main business is a body shop and his rental fleet is almost all salvage titled cars that he's fixed. The few that aren't rebuilt already have high miles and diminished values anyway. But its more of a hobby for him that allows him to put his toys to work. Whereas a lot of these idiots do it to act like big shots and he does it because it allows him to have more toys than if he didn't.

Like this guy's advice. Good head on his shoulders it seems

I know plenty of people who do this and they make big bank. They also don’t just lease to rappers, they rent to anyone who has 3-3.5k for a 12 hour rental (A LOT of people). Most times these are rented out for multiple days at a time, so let’s say three days that’s 18k. You pay the note of 3k a month up for 3 months and then you have 6k left and that’s only after three days. Everything else after that for 3 months is all profit in the hundreds of thousands. The key is to be in hot bed cities like LA, Miami, Vegas, Atlanta, and a few others.

This guy reminds me of Dennis Hopper's character Benny Chains from Knockaround Guys. (If you haven't seen it, see it.)

If anyone really ever NEEDED to wear a hat every day, it would be this guy for sure.
