FTC/CFTC Risk Disclaimer - Please read this so you're 100% aware of the extreme risks associated with any type of trading and investing.
I’ve said for years and years and years - trading is extremely risky, and most people will lose all the money they try to trade with - even the people who follow the information I provide. Trading is a skillset that is difficult to learn, and I make it look easy because I’ve been trading for 7+ years. As with any high performing skillset in life, trading is NOT easy.
Your likelihood of consistently making money trading is abysmally low, whether you learn on your own or whether you follow the things that myself or others teach.
It’s like becoming a doctor, many people start pre-med and medical school, but only a tiny fraction of them succeed and actually become doctors. The average success rate of trading is even worse that that! Becoming a doctor is obviously not for everyone, and becoming a trader is obviously not for everyone, too.
I (and my company, MissionFX, LLC) make NO guarantees/promises/express direct or indirect representation that you’ll achieve any specific result trading, regardless of whether you’re following my free or paid content.
I’m just some random guy on the internet who is sharing what’s worked for me - I have no clue what will work for you because there are a million contributing factors that will determine whether or not you will make money trading.
Do NOT take into account any information that I share anywhere on the internet as the basis for your trading decisions. I’m not responsible for your success, nor am I responsible for your failures.
Read the full risk disclaimer on my website below, so that you’re 100% aware of the risks associated with trading - then you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to continue following any of the information I share (or continue to pursue trading in general).

A random number generator also can put you in a almost non recoverable drawdown. Statistics always play out on a bigger sample size. And also the extremes of the gauss curve. But yes, this is probably still more profitable than most traders as it is kind of objective and is not affected by psychological issues.
Pretending to or trying to predict the market is the most tiresome and energy draining activitiy... on the other hand intuitive trading based purely on levels and being completely at peace with the fact that you can't tell what will happen next is the most calming approach
@zeeshanparvez5235

It is a fact. No one knows what the market will do. People trade the market. No one can tell what I or you will do. Just trade based on levels.

No worries about your cough . Pray you recover from it . God bless you. Thanks for your guidance 🌹🌈🥰🙏
Hey Nick. Thanks for explaining your coughs. I too was quite worried. Good to know its nothing to be concerned with. Cheers.
I think there is one thing you overlook in your fantastic mindset. You are fearless. most of noobie traders would shit their pants losing 3-4 trades in a row risking substantial share of their account per trade. they would start closing early in the place where you would add to a winner lol. they would move their SL and would do all the other mistakes... you have this supertalent given from whoever created us. cheers Nick :)
I bow to your humbleness and kind explanations, greetings from France and thank you so much, you are an inspiration
You're the man !, exact the way you are , love your content with ticks and all ! keep it up sir !
It would not have made any sense to me. You looked always so damn healthy and centered to me. I knew it from the beginning that you are fine!! Thank you for everything!! Keep on doing this great work!
You really helped me to understand that ultimately it's either going up or down (duh lol) and to not clutter my mind with all the fancy flashy technics of bells and whistles that indicators give. They basically give you confidence to make the move but what I find more liberating is by betting only 3% per trade instead of the 20% I used to do. Overall thanks for doing this Nick, it's refreshing to see that you don't take yourself seriously like others. For what its worth, I wish you to keep a clear mind, no matter the situation.
appreciate your honesty and good luck
Let em hate my man. You’re a people’s champ. One of the most valuable KZread’s going. Never stop what you’re doing Nick, even if you “still have no clue” 😂 That was gold man and it’s most of us. In fact it’s all of us besides the ones in denial, refusing to accept that the markets can never be beaten. Only ridden for a less bumpy ride than others. you know! 🤘🍻
Thanks Nick, really appreciate the truth and satire. I have spent way too much on trading strategies only to have them be the bs of bs from some bs.
Im so happy to found you ,you are G!
There are stock market gurus who say they know exactly when a stock will reverse by using an indicator that JP Morgan gave them himself and it is the key to our success that too just for 499$ in his course. and then there is Nick who uses 'Wagyu Beef' in his videos.

You're quite good at picking reversals/pullbacks. This is where your intuition kicks in. I hope to be at this level one day. Great trade management as well. I have changed my entire way of trading based on your methods. I'm currently around 40/60 win rate, but with risk management I manage to make a little each month.

Thanks for a very interesting perspective.
Honestly as a very experienced trader myself you earned a subscriber. This is very funny and you are still doing smart trade execution.
Love your ICT sense of humour man 🤣
I hate it when I take a trade and it immediately hits the profit target. Not as much as I hate it when it immediately goes to a loss, but still. I love your stuff and am glad your cough is not serious.
Awesome video! Thank you!
great video like always
Glad to have found your channel Nick, you have your own flavor of trading which is refreshing and educational. Thank you

I just found your channel and right away placed 6 random trades on 6 pairs just to test it out…. Few hours later 4 are already in profit. NOT OVER-LEVERAGED
Thanks for making these videos, it really helps my motivation becoming a full time trader. Hope you are well and having a good day.
🤯 I was literally asking myself how come you still had that cough, and you explained it. Wild.
GREAT stuff man. You're inspiring me to do a lot of my own experimentation and strategy coding/testing using the simplest possible logic.

@NickShawnFX snorting, making a shriek sound, eye squints, grunting are the main ones. My ticks evolve. They never stay the same over time. Do yours evolve?
@NickShawnFX

Interesting. Yes, they continue to change over the years. I used to have one where I would jerk my head to the side, sort of like an obsessive feeling of the need to stretch my neck or something. One of them was that I'd clench my teeth all day, and then my jaw and gums would be sore. Another one was facial contortions, and a bunch more that I can't remember. It's interesting how everyone is born with various things that aren't perfect, I really wonder how and why nervous tics and tourette's syndrome evolved over the last few millions years hahahaha. @@justinb217

Hey Nick, thanks for your input 🙏 A question, how do you choose the kind of your risk structure (dca, hedge, SL)? Is it just intuition?
Actually, it's kind of relaxing as I watch the video because it's coming at almost precise intervals like a drum beat.
You crack me up🤣👍🏻
Been lurking a while. Great information as always and clean beard!
This dude is effortlessly hilarious
How does your Tradingview auto populate the SL/TP that you then drag to your levels? Mine never auto includes it until I tick the boxes on each order I execute. I emailed support and they said this feature isn't included and I have to tick the box on every order for SL and TP levels to auto populate. How did you get this function to work?
I like the spirit of your trading Nick. I'm looking at Renko charts. It's even more idiot proof then.
goddam bro nice video great commentary
Great video! What is the tool you are using where you can click buy and drag the TP/SL/Entry?

Hey, Nick. Thanks for the great videos! I wanted to humbly request for a video on what your approach/method is to classify a "good entry". I know you say "nothing matters but good risk management", but you keep mentioning "good entries". What exactly is a "good entry "?
coughing is ok. your video is great
Your edge in this random trade model is just "waiting" for right moments.
Exactly bro, the only winners in any Market are the ones who focus on Risk Management and Risk to Reward 1:2 or more 🎉
Hey Nick, A quick one how long do you wait on this trades on average? love your approach btw.
yes it is..its in UK ..Essex😀
This was trades that were over a period of about 4 months. Can you do this on any short time frame of your choosing over a week or less using the same approach or does the risk management approach work much better on the longer time frames and in especially forex?

its funny how you explained in a video 3 y ago, how support/resisted DOES matter and that having timed entries gives you an edge
Explain your step by step guide how you control risk and how you use multiple timeframes with support and resistance

Can you pull of some strategies like this on a lower time frame like 1min? Im asking cos i've been doing a similar thing and I know what the answer is, just thought it would be nice to hear your thoughts.
One of the most funniest guys on the interwebs
When you talk about a new account, do you open a new brokerage account with the same broker, a different broker, or is this something else? Thx
I like that you make it sound soo easy, and maybe we are complicating it??, After seen your video, I sat down and did what you show us on the chart, just randomly, and I can see directly that you are right, but I also see my big problem, if I let it go against me and wait out drawdown, in 75% of the drawdown cases it goes back to profit after a day or two. I think the problem is also patience and stick with the strategy.

The thing is, how will I be able to make this work without losing my funded account since I’m not allowed to go less than 6% in overall loss or 3% loss in a day? Plus you can’t flip funded accounts
💛
I'm trading a similar style to this with the idea of growing a small account to a million. Going for a 1:4 R:R. I've gotta slow down stop switching up though. My account is down until I can deposit again. I turned the $3 I had into $24 in a day.
I tried this, and it worked in replay. But with real action there's a spread that makes this much harder to do well. What instruments do you recommend doing this with?
You shorted tops and long bottoms, and it works. But that is totally a proper way, no miracles there...
hey i was just wondering what if you placed both long and short at same time with sl at 1% on both side and tp at 1.5% at both side then once sl would hit on one trade it would be alredy at breakeven due to other trade in profit and after +0.5% that would be profit what is your opinion on this
Your coughing is what got me watching you because it comes off "to me" like you're scoff laughing at other peoples trading styles lol. I think it's hilarious. Makes me wanna learn your shit.
Hey Nick, can you do this strategy on higher timeframe?
Can you please do a more in depth video on the degen strategy that you posted last week? Im about to jump in and I know its high risk but it I have been non stop back testing and , im in love bro.. I cant thank you enough! I know you probably don't read the comments but I want to see your results and challenges, how you select and split accounts with this HRHR start and what you results have been. You dropped some hints but a more indepth video would be amazing. just do it bro, you know you want to
How do you or what is your thought process in handling losses especially when blowing an account? TiA
i like this guy! Anyone else is just saying: blablabla and then it goes up or down.
Hello. I need your help which means do you provide any courses about forex trading?
hello i am a pro algo programmer the key component i think hes touching on is the setup and execution of trade, Even a random based strategy, will execute the same setup, instead of veering off system to do BS you can have a signal and 99% the market will follow that signal, but you gotta factor in: - How many bars before you exit - Do you have stop / Target? - Do you breakeven? It all gets underestimated and people just FREE TRADE instead
Mr. Wagyu Beef - that was great.
Random position size -flip a coin heads normal tails double results will blow yer mind.
Can i ask if u grew your initial capital through trading the same way and compounding? Or did u invest the capital u have from other sources? You have completely changed my mindset and approach to trading. Thank you.
Do you always trade off of the 1hr when you use this method
Im seven months into trading and I’ve been trying different strategies but mainly Nicks. The only issue is that trading view doesn’t allow me to add to winning trades whilst on a demo account. What should I do? Do I keep trying or switch strategy? PS, I about a 50% win rate with Nicks strategy.
Well if you actually believed you had no edge before this video (which i dont believe lmao) lol you found it at 2:57! That ability is your edge 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
