Senthil ganapathy, sorry bro. Sick of people appreciating celebrities and leaving out our true legends. Yes A.R.R is tamil a legend in music. But can he be placed above APJ? When Abdul Kalam spoke in the European Union to be praised by them, it was a moment all of realized that India is not just for the rich and that the common man can achieve great heights. I felt a little outraged that he was forgotten and some celebrity was given higher credit.

The King In Yellow if you think people like Nicola Tesla or as mentioned above APJ Abdul Kalam will be put before people like AR Rahman, Di Caprio or any other talented celebrity (no disrespect for these people who are infinitely more talented then me at everything) then you are wrong. +Sarcastic creature : Hindu is not a culture. It is an idea (combination of multiple religions) imposed on to us by British (in 1857) and British slaves are still sticking with it. Times change, technology change. The nominations weren't shown but said by the Oscars at that time. But, now, way of presentation has changed a lot. When A R Rehman won Oscar, he's an Indian worked in British film. And media was not flamboyant as it is now. The same issue made the brilliant singer Karunya lost his chance in winning Indian Idol. But, in case of Keeravani, he is an Indian and it's an Indian film as well.
