A quick reset with Ho'oponopono Roots to Mental Health 2021

Ойын-сауық

This video was shot in nature (Parndon Wood Nature Reserve) as a series to support YOU as part of the #rootstomentalhealth series for Mental Health Awareness week May 10th - 16th 2021
Tara takes you through some ways to ground with your breath and senses, followed by a sequence of Ho'oponopono which is a Hawaiian practice of self-forgiveness and letting go when we are 'stuck in a rut' or patterns that do not support us. In simple terms, Ho'oponopono translates to 'correction' or as we like to put it, hitting the reset button in a gentle and loving way.
This video combines some Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) points to help you reset and release from your mind, body and energy anything you no longer need. The words / statements are:
Im Sorry - Accepting responsibility (Repentance) for the difficulty or issues
Please Forgive me - Forgiveness to ourselves, others and from the situations we are taking responsibility for
Thankyou - Expressing gratitude for our bodies, being 'the best you can be'
I love you - This can also be step one, say I LOVE YOU to your body, I LOVE YOU to the air that you breathe, I LOVE YOU to the shelter or home you have, to nature and anything you LOVE as LOVE is powerful
