In English language a King is a male monarch and a Queen regnant is a female monarch ie King=Queen regnant. Also in English language the husband of a Queen regnant is called a Prince consort and the wife of a King is called Queen consort ie prince consort= Queen consort. A Queen mother is the mother of a King or Queen regnant. Having said that, let's come to Idia. Idia was once the wife of King and later mother of a King. While her husband lived, Idia was (Queen consort) and later a Queen mother. She was never a female Oba (Queen regnant). So people should state the kind of Queen she was.

Why must Nigeria pay for what was stolen from them? They need to return it, along with others with apologies, also pay Nigeria for what they made exhibiting it at their (British) museum all these years.
