I like using a needle! I see dopamine less and less on the trucks.

As far as for RSI, you could always induce with ketamine to prevent hypotension post induction.

Can you use 1:1000 be same right

I keep seeing 10:1 concentration… Why not make 1:1? Inject 1:1000 epi into a L bag. You now have 1mL:1mcg. This makes it easy to measure for peds doses, start a drip, and you have 100 10mcg pushes you can draw up very quickly. This takes no thought process and leaves little room for a mistake.

Even your pump settings are easy. 60ml/hr=1mcg/min. Not to mention it’s an even safer concentration in case of infiltration

1:1,000 epi into a 1,000 mL bag?

Not best example. Should have compared it to norepinephrine or metro. Second NEVER mix in labeled flush or in bristoject. Always mix in clean syringe that has one labeled.
