The Day is important,..you just can't rewrite over God's rule,.. you shouldn't tell people that.if you pick ur own day, ur not abiding by the commandments,..does God not say follow the commandments?

Please read Exodus 20:8-11..God didn't say choose any day of the week as long as it's 7 days. (the Sabbath day) He was very specific..Remember "the" Sabbath day.. "the" 7th day IS the Sabbath of the Lord thy God...6 days the Lord made..and rested the 7th day Wherefore the Lord Blessed "the" Sabbath day and Hallowed it. (Saturday-7th day). Pleasant Sabbath

The Bible clearly states that the seventh day was blessed not any of the rest. I guess if man can adjust one command to fit his lifestyle and not God's he can do it to all the rest of them. We as Christians cannot pick and choose the ones we feel are important to keep. If we break one command we break them all.

Yes, a day is 24 hours, period. Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. Also I'm going to get in trouble here but how did Jesus be in the grave three whole days from Friday and raise from the grave on Sunday? I would love for someone to tell me from the bible. @@bjaquez6 you've asked a good question. I tried finding this answer myself but the scriptures about it doesn't make sense only because man tampered with it so that people can worship on Sunday. He would've had to die on Thursday to be risen on a Sunday instead of Friday.

It absolutely does matter. The 7th day is the Sabbath day, sunset Friday until sunset Saturday. This is spoken of throughout the Bible.

It does matter what day we observe the Sabbath. By Bible reference, the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God. A memorial of His creation.

Lies by saying the Sabbath day is every 7th day. It's Saturday.

If you are going by this euro_gentile calendar, which is not the original hebrew calendar you would be incorrect according to Daniel 7:25...however the book of jubilee also said that the original day would be lost ,,so since i knew and understood this,i asked in prayer and fasting what day would he permit for me to observe,,,this is not to cause confusion to those that observe on Saturday...

Jesus worshipped in the Temple on Sabbath, the 7th day. There is no Bible Scripture supporting a change of God's Sabbath day, and in fact, the 4th Commandment says to remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. It is one day, not any day we choose

To everyone judging on what specific day to have the Shabbat, I'm blessed to have been led by the Rauch ha'Qodesh to rest on a Saturday but Romans 14: 5,6 tells us "One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers everyday alike. The day absolutely matters. God established the Sabbath during week of creation. See Genesis 2:2-3 He blessed the 7th Day and made it Holy. It was not established just for the Jews it was established for mankind. So important people to read God’s Word for yourself.

The Sabbath day was created in the beginning. God blessed it and sanctified it. It was so important he wrote it in stone. The Israelite's tried to cheat and gather mana on the seventh day. It did not work. They forgot to keep the correct day. The day that was clearly reveiled to them while they wandered in the wilderness. Over the centuries they continued to forget with resulting punishment caused by their neglect. Jesus was born and kept the correct Sabbath. Down thru the centuries poprey managed to get it changed to Sunday. In the last days now a special message is going forth to call God's children back to the true Sabbath. Soon the false Sabbath [ Sunday] will be enforced by law. God calls his children out of confusion [Babylon] in revelation. He clearly states if they stay in Babylon they will receive the 7 plagues. Daniel saw this power rise up who would think to change times and laws [ of the 10 commandments] . Soon a loud cry will go forth and Babylon will be fully fallen and those in her WILL RECEIVE THE PLAGUES. That is written.

Sorry, "one day out of seven" is not Biblical. God is specific, and intentional. The Sabbath of the Bible is the Seventh Day of the week. Ex: 20:8-11; Gen 2:2-3; Col. 2:16-17; Heb. 4; Rewv. 13; 12:17; Acts 17:7; John who wrote the Gospel called the Sabbath , "the Lords Day" Rev. 1:7 - There are 66+ references
