A Practical Guide to Discipline and New Year's Resolutions
Welcome everybody. Discipline is very important according to the stoics, samurai and Miyamoto Musashi, which he talks about in the book of five rings and Dokkodo. People often fail to be disciplined, because they don't hold themselves accountable. Today we talk about how we can build discipline, nail new year's resolutions and form new healthy habits with holding ourselves accountable by bullet journaling. We also talk about the competence hierarchy. I wish you all the best, happiness, health and success for the New Year. Have a good one :)

As a psychologist I often talk with my clients about trying bullet journaling. A lot of them find it really helpful. Self-accountability is really important. Once you start holding yourself accountable for your actions (or non-actions) you can start to blame yourself and rebirth into your life. Have a great start into the new year!

All my life I've had problems disciplining myself to go to sleep early. The irony is, that right now I will watch a video about discipline instead of going to sleep. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It works for me 🙌 so far. Journaling in itself has been very therapeutic for me. Also I have followed Jim Rohns' advice on developing a personal philosophy. Great way to hold oneself accountable as well

Could you make a video on how to quit bad habits, like porn, drugs, etc?
Hi boss, how did you decided you wanted to make a change in other peoples lives, was any factor of your life vital for this, is it due to your personality or is it due profiting out of web? I find deep wisdom on your words, yet i can't sense you. What's your purpose
