Honestly in my opinion the worst thing the developers ever did was remove Seige instead of giving a pattern to the bolts like the gems or rework it in any way instead of removing it but I guess I'm in the minority when I say Heist is tied with Brawl-ball for my favorite game-mode, and Seige used to be second so please don't remove any other there are people who like even the modes you most hate. Except for the weekend modes they can get something new or the bin

I mained Nita from the start of the game and I have to say that she is good in heist but not insanely overpowered. As you said, she lacks range, and has to rely on bushes or walls to get closer to charge her super. Against a skilled player you'll get instantly zoned and won't be able to charge your bear in time, that means you will waste time and give enemies an opportunity to do a lot of damage to the safe, at that point, you might not have time to get close to their safe and do enough damage to win. I think Nita is decent an even good on some bushy gem grab and hot zone maps, where you can use both of your star powers and a stun gadget. I personally used the heal star power and a stun gadget to push her to push her to r30. Also sorry for The TED Talk that i wrote here lol

My 2nd favorite

I used to play this game before gadgets and gears and although I played casually I got a few top 100 finishes using a star powerless level 9 Nita (mind you she cant break showdown boxes with 4hp left at level 9 at the time). The best way to describe Nita is “A Support Brawler which acts like an assasin in the manner of a tank”. Nita’s bear even with the star power is very weak. However her strength is the idea of the bear. The enemy cant ignore it because it is just strong enough to break their formation. If they waste their ammo on the bear you get a 7 second advantage where the enemy has not achieved anything in the last 5 seconds and will not achieve anything for 2 more seconds. That is where a weakness forms for Nita and her teammates to push through the lines. Because of her short range and weak health she cant fend off enemy pushes and just fills their ults so, in my funny opinion, Nita is best played as aggressive as possible. Charge in quickfire all your shots and retreat. Dont chase but force them to chase you.

i don't deny she isn't bad in some game modes besides heist, its just that she just isnt the best or even a good pick in those game modes. however, her hypercharge might boost her in those other gamemodes!

Do one on R-T because he is definitely the most forgotten brawler 🙏🙏

hmm want to say she is pretty good at hot spot because after she gets her bear she can use bear and herself to distract enemies and get another super I played her in hot spot and it went pretty good much better than heist

I wouldn't necessarily call that a long-term issue, because it was fixed after release as a broken mechanic. It did carry her viability in most modes, but it feels more like an accident that we can all laugh about after the fact rather than a serious balancing issue that defined her viability for an era.

@@SqquareLord It didnt get nerfed in the first set of Balance changes after gadgets were released It wasn't really a broken Mechanic, If I my memory serves me right, they changed the uses from 3 to 2 to compensate for the usefulness

@@augustineaugustine1660 i mean yeah it was a broken mechanic that's why they limited the amount of uses per battle, and i think they realized that limiting uses per battle was a bad balance mechanism to balance overpowered abilities as they nerfed it soon after. it wasn't nerfed at first, but i feel like that's just because they had other problems to deal with (friendzoner emz)

thankfully i got this out before brawl talk...

The entire concept of Nita just does not work in practice, she has below average speed, range and damage with her main attack so she wont be getting her super very often. Bruce is to slow and can be shreaded by more than half the brawlers in the game, the bear just has to little hp or damage potential. All these factors together make Nita underwelming to play

Heist is an enigma. In order to have a balanced offense and defense, tower defense gamemodes have to have a slow playstyle, and Brawl's inching more and more towards fast action gameplay with damage inflation and speed inflation. Technically it's still competitive because there is strategy involved in banning and picking counters strategically (ah yes let me press the chuck ban button that's so skillful), and neither team is really favored over the other, but it's unreal how damage inflation has just made Heist a lottery of whether you get first pick or not.

heist is such a fun gamemode, too bad it's ruined by the obscene ammounts of damage nowdays. Barley was neefed for taking down 30% of the heist safe with his super, but they won't do the same thing for colette's hypercharge? There is no spawnables with 20k hp in game, why does collette need 20k damage on non-brawlers? Darryl got nerfed because his super could reach the heist safe from across the map, yet they released chuck that does the exact same thing, only this time it's by design to be broken in heist and playable nowhere else.
