for me I loved the main attack paired with envenom, it stacks it up quickly and is easy to keep it up while you hit hard with your heavy.

Hope for heals.

I could excuse the weakness of the main attack if the bolts acted with a magic missle effect where the bolts sought out targets. Otherwise, the Spectre seems like a solid character.

Haha, exactly...the missles are WAAAY to weak. They need to be homing.
