When you saw their flaws while you saw them as a friend, but now that you see them as more, they're absolutely perfect in every way possible.

I love this girl. She just looks so good! And her voice I just can't!! She's also into the same things as me. This girl, man. I got back in touch with her about a month ago after not seeing or talking to each other for 7 months. I only really fell for her about two months ago, but she just told me she's liked me since the first couple weeks we met. She's absolutely hilarious, has the cutest laugh, and is INSANELY smart. she plays the trumpet, piano, and euphonium, but can pick anything up super quickly. We're also both trans and we're just kinda giving each other our old belongings and it's just amazing knowing her and having her in my life. She always knows the right things to say to make me feel better. we're going on our first date in a couple weeks and she wants me to ask her to be my girlfriend. I'm fucking scared but she just tells me that I'm different in some way from her previous relationships and how she wants to make me feel special for my first one. She's truly an angel and I couldn't ask for anything more. I never thought something like this could happen to me, so to all of those who think love is dead it is NOT it is alive and ready to change your life in a crazy way. you've just gotta find the right person. Im in a relationship with the person i love the most but sometimes i feel like he doesnt feel the same eventhough he reassures me everyday (apart from today because its 17:32 and hes STILL ASLEEP!) I do love him he makes me feel safe and hes so nice and he cares about how i feel. We went on our first date (my first EVER DATE) at the start of the month and since then ive started to grow evenmore inlove with him everyday. Hes perfect and so sweet. Im so lucky i have him. It's been over a year since I was in love with someone, and now when I listen to love songs, I don't think about anyone in particular anymore. It's sort of comforting, honestly, considering the last time I was in love it ended up a catastrophe that genuinely traumatized me 😭 I'm happy just thinking of noone in paricular now I suppose, even if it makes songs less emotional for me.
