就是家用的普通面粉，加一点盐，加水调匀，比做面更汤一点，做的时候，锅不能太油

@@drunkardlee 這就是挑戰的開始。 在中國什麼是家用麵粉？ 在加拿大，我們有一種叫做通用麵粉的東西。 含有更多麵筋的硬質小麥和軟質小麥的混合物一起研磨製成通用麵粉。 可以使用漂白或未漂白的小麥粉，然後添加菸鹼酸（B 群維生素）、鐵、單硝酸硫胺素（維生素 B1）、核黃素（維生素 B2）、酵素、葉酸（B 群維生素）。 這和中國的家用麵粉一樣嗎？🤔 This is were the challenge begins. What is considered household flour in China? In Canada we have something called all purpose flour. A mixture of hard wheat, which contains more gluten, and soft wheat are ground together to make all-purpose flour. Bleached or unbleached Wheat Flour can be used and then it is fortified with Niacin (a B Vitamin), Iron, Thiamine Mono Nitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Enzymes, Folic Acid (a B Vitamin). Is this the same as household flour in China? 🤔

就是普通面粉，家里种的小麦，磨出来的面粉，就是锅里做的时候要做好几次，前几次可能会失败，我也经历过好几次失败

No, if they put it in the sun in the morning, it will basically be dry by noon.

I am not sure of what you are describing. Here in Canada, we do the same technique as shown but in a container of soil kept inside our dwellings. Some of the time, we just put the potato in a container and fill it half way with water. We will pull off the growth when about 6"/15cm tall. Then put them in a container with a bit of water so some of the roots can grow. We cannot plant them outside until it is June and warm so I find these methods work here. ☺
