Great idea if you need to mix some specific colours . And great tutorial showing how to free hand embroidery on a sewing machine using the regular needle and the regular walking foot . Thank you . Not everyone has access to fancy tools , as well this is a video that would encourage everyone to give it a try at least . One never know , maybe is a beginning of a new hobby or even more . There is more need of simple tutorials using basic supplies without overwhelming the viewers with all sort of expensive tools and such . Great job !

Проще положить шпульки с цветными нитками в пустую банку. Так быстрее получится потом вручную наматывать, можно сразу с катушек наматывать. Совет для намотки нескольких нитей вручную утомительный. 😢

Make a pillow or a quilt

Все новое - хорошо забытое старое. Нам давали эту технику вышивки пасмой на курсах в середине 80-х. И было бы гораздо удобнее, быстрее и аккуратнее вышивать без лапки и с пяльцами Успехов всем)

Very poor job. I've done free hand machine embroidery since 1977. Always pull all tail ends to the back of the piece, so you cut them a few finger's width long on the face. Then you don't have those ugly ends all over the visible part. They will fray and come loose very quickly if you use this for clothing, tablecloth, or even a doily. If you put it in a frame, they still look lumpy and raw.

I think the point was the trick with the bobbin ,straw and putting in multiple threads so you can use an ordinary machine rather than a fancy one. She is demonstrating her idea by showing that it works…..it’s not about the embroidery itself
