G can lose control of his Watcher form when having a Panic Attack and Doc's the only one able to hold him back, while X is usually the one to calm him down, so they're usually both there when it happens

Almost cried,it's really hard to calm your self when you have one so suddenly and don't know what triggered it from experience, i do have them suddenly or when I'm really tired ,i started to get addicted to KZread because it didn't make me remember bad thing's (normally) Keralis just knew Grian was having a panikc attack and got to the other side

FatherSuma for help Wow, did Keralis just looked into future to see that G was going to teleport to the place where he was standing actually? The silence in my room was so loud when I was watching this, that I started hearing some high pitched noises. I mean, it normal for me, I hear it really often. Now I know how panic attacks look like, I've read about them quite a lot before, so I knew what they are, how they kinda look like, etc. Now I'm going to watch this 5000 times because I don't have anything else to do at night 💅😃 I'm gonna watch it till I cry, because of nothing 👌😌 Have a good night/or nice day (Idk when will you read it)

Bro having panic attacks are a pain especially when I'm abt to sleep My mum and dad were at work and my brother was doing night classes So I sat there for 4 hours in literal pain😭 Edit: love Grian's relationship with everyone He can put his full trust on them❤

Hmm I’m questioning how Keralis knew… obviously we do know he is some mystery hybrid creature thing- but I wonder if he has something set on Grian to be able to monitor him… like a trigger? He stopped immediately and it was like he was emotionless for a second- though I can’t help but feel horrible for Grian I personally (that I know of at least) haven’t had a panic attack, but I’ve had friends who have and the amount of people who say “oH- they shouldn’t sTay HoMe! It’s not tHaT bAd” you don’t have any idea what it’s like. Sure I don’t but I have an idea. Show a little empathy for them because panic attacks aren’t just “feeling really scared” it’s a serious thing.

Is it "normal" for people with PTSD to just have a panic attack out of nowhere? I've never actually seen someone have a panic attack before so I genuinely don't know if this kind of thing is a common occurrence.

Well, Grian has CPTSD and anyone with a Panic Disorder can have a panic attack without a clear trigger, but not everyone does
