Don't go to east Germany because people there are racist. South Germans are strict und conservative but on the other hand everything is clean and organized and the landscape ist beautiful. Berlin is a bit chaotic and dirty and alternative but international. In the North people are not that open to other people but for example Bremen is also cheap and international. And many turkish people are living in the east and the air quality is not that good but people are open minded. I don't know anything about Nursing but I would maybe choose west Germany

No its not valid in other countries where german is not needed coz all the academic is based on german language but its valid in 20 countries like Switzerland like countries where german is one of the recomended language . Hello Nursing Ausbildung is paid but fsj is not same as nursing Ausbildung. Fsj is not paid as far as I know. It's better to just Apple for nursing Ausbildung. Fsj is something german students use if they are not sure what they want to do so they can try different things.
