സ്കൂളിൽ കിട്ടുന്ന ഉപ്പുമാവ് വാങ്ങുന്നത് വട്ട ഇലയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു വീട്ടിൽനിന്ന് പോകുമ്പോൾ വട്ടയില മടക്കി പുസ്തകത്തിനിടയ്ക്ക് വച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോകും എന്തൊരു മണമായിരുന്നു.ആ ടേസ്റ്റും മണവും പിന്നീട് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല 40 വർഷം പിന്നിട്ടിട്ടും ആ മണവും രുചിയും പോകുന്നില്ല 😋😋😋

Jan arum kanathe lineil ninnu kazhicha ala. Line il nilkumbol annu vicharichu arum kanillannu. Veetil annu sabathikamayi munnil ayirunna kondu uppumavu listil ente peru illayirunnu 😂😂😂

ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. മുഴുവൻ ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഗോതമ്പ് 1 hour കുതിർക്കുക പിന്നീട് അത് മിക്സിയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചെറിയ തരിയായി പൊടിക്കണം.. Total 4 വിസിൽ വേണം വേകാൻ.. Supper ടേസ്റ്റ് ind 👍👍

കഞ്ഞിയും വെക്കാം പായസം ഉണ്ടാക്കാം

സ്കൂളിലെ ഉപ്പുമാവിൽ ആകെ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് കടുകും, വറ്റൽ മുളകും മാത്രമാണ്.. പക്ഷേ അതിന്റെ മണവും രുചിയും പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ചൂടോടെ വട്ടയിലയിൽ പൊതിഞ്ഞു വച്ച് പിന്നീട് കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ.. 😚😌
