I know the feeling.. Everything we experience, even the things we left behind, leave traces deep inside of us.. They're a part of us now, we can only learn from it and focus on the new, the things we want to give ourselves too. Waves of the past will always come and go, with some currents stronger than others, but our coastline will always become stronger and the more we venture towards land, the harder it is for those waves to hit us

After bon iver said people who go to church suck (at a live show), I quit listening to him. Found this a few days later. I pray to the lord he will do the same thing with my other addictions. God I am sorry and need your help to change my life, it’s proven I can’t change on my own power.

These playlists help me release my pent up emotions. I lost my best friend to suicide, this was four years ago now. My heart wishes it could go back to when we'd spend each day together enjoying life, but my mind knows I have to keep moving forward. Gone but not forgotten.

Just broke a friend out of a narcissistic relationship, and trying to fight back the romantic feelings I have for her. She needs to improve herself and heal without the distraction of love, but holding this all in is difficult. I need to be patient, have mercy on her for wanting to see her now ex all the time, and just be here for her. Easier said then done

In 2019 i fell in love. In 2021 i begged God to take me out of a situation I was not strong enough to leave on my own. Less than a year later, god answered my prayers, but in an unusual way. I was lead to go out west with the person i wanted away from. we crossed many state lines and met many people. I fell in love with the mountains, and slept under the stars. One person in particular took us in for a few weeks. They soon saw my pain, and asked him to leave. Immediately, I felt free. Novo amors songs, feel like the beauty and the pain I felt during this trip. I have since been on a healing journey. I listen to these 1 hour loops and just reflect on that time, and how far I've come.
