Another food place we have enjoyed in the past in Zürich is Brezelkonig. They make the best pretzel bread and pretzel bread sandwiches at affordable prices on the go.

Been to Zurich many times and it's a beautiful city situated on a lake. I usually stayed at a hotel near the Bahnhofstrasse. Lots of shopping. Department stores like Globus, Manor and Jelmoli were the ones I frequented roughly fifteen to twenty years ago. I did alot of walking crossing over various bridges to the other side of Zurich where there's a church,

Great video!! Would you be able to provide the spelling of the names of the cafes and book store you visited? We'll try to visit some of those on our upcoming trip. Have you tried eating at the Spaghetti Factory Rosenhof on Niederdorf Strasse?

Hi!! Thank you very much for your comment and the nice Spaghetti restaurant suggestion😋We will check it out! On the other hand, here are the places we visited: 1. Letten area, by the Limmat river. 2. City center and street market at Rathausbrücke, with local delicacies. 3. Busy cafe called Wühre, with amazing views of Grossmünster. 4. Picnic at Münsterhof. 5. Cute bookstore called Orell Füssli, by Bahnhofstrasse. 6. Visitor Store surf shop by Wert area. 7. Miró Manufactura de Café, next to Langestrasse. We wish you a great trip to Zurich!! 😊

Saturday was beautiful!! We were out and about in Zurich also! My husband also has a youtube (Paul Fowler)....he does a lot of video as he bikes around the many forests in our area south of Zurich. :) Prost!

Hey! One of my favourit places in Zurich is the new botanical garden. It has these cool tropical houses out of glass and a huge variety of plants to discover. Its also the perfect place for a picnic.

Hello novaia, that is a very difficult question. We think both cities are very good to live and have great opportunities. Copenhagen feels a touch bigger and more metropolitan to me, while Zurich feels a bit smaller. Copenhagen has darker winters, where Zurich has a bit better weather. We lived in Copenhagen during COVID times, so it id difficult to say. But in Zurich people seem to be more busy and it seems to be a bit more difficult to make friends. However Zurich has a better salary, but is less family friendly. Danish pastries are also very good haha. In Zurich you need a visa since it is not EU, while Denmark is EU. In the end it is subjective and you have to make that decision by yourself. I would not say one or the other is better. Both are good in their own way 💯😃👍

I would probably check out the Lindt chocolate factory, the Oschnar Shoe place, and maybe coffee. Don’t know what else there is to do there. Oh, I’d check out David’s Gym West also. Heard good things about it.

Also could you share the spelling of the name of the cafe that you showed that was busy but didn't eat at on the water?

You must be one of the coolest couples ever! :) Zurich does not look that different than London and the life there. I would think Zurich must be safer. Both cities are on similar places by safety on popular statistics, but I used to live in London for 7 years and wouldn't say it's that safe. You can get robbed during the day on the most central places, like Westminster bridge, for example. During the night there are regular stabbings and what not... Once, a group of teenagers tried to steal my phone in the evening, having their hands in the pockets, probably had knives... Are such things happening in Zurich? I mean, I know that you're trying to promote it and are doing a good job of that, but how is really the crime rate, is it safe in the night? Unbelievable that London is among the safest cities according to statistics, must be some kind of corruption to promote it... It's not that London isn't great city though, it's huge and there are great areas. I used to post many pictures on google maps as 'local guide'. My pics had more than 8 million views. You can do that in Zurich too. I sometimes used to go for up to 12 hours walks along Thames river, you can see so many great views around it. Or go to Richmond park and have a picnic, or Hampstead Heath... There are many great parks in London. Is there some large park in Zurich? Don't you like exploring parks? It seems to be great around the river there too! Are there Lime bicycles, or other rentable regular and electric bikes there?
