The vibration is coming from the mud on your rims. The slightest bit of weight (less than an ounce) unevenly distributed on your rims will cause severe shaking. You appear to have pounds of mud on your wheels 😁. If you haven't already, the best thing to do is spray all of the mud out at a self car wash, if possible.
