If you're too late to catch the boat to Bantayan Island or Malapascua Island in Cebu Province, I'd say it's better to spend the night in BOGO City. It's just 20 minutes drive to Hagnaya Port going to Bantayan Island and 50 minutes drive to Maya Port going to Malapascua Island. There they have McDonald's that open 24 hours and have a BBQ Food court that you will love. It's just a small city so you can easily find it. If you love night life too, they also have some bara and Karaoke just near the port.
