What a great way to test out different color schemes! Keeping all else constant you can try out different acrylic paint colors to see how the react. Each color will make you feel a certain way and the eye can interpret it differently. I like each of these paintings for different ways. What a great method! I'm citing this video in my photography assignment this week, because we're changing saturation in our landscape photographs. There are *so* many ways to change the constant (the photo) and create different pictures - even with specific parameters.

I have a hack for you molly. When i do my paint mixing i grab a kitchen strainer that i use just for paint and i strain the paint into another container, that way any lumps left behind wont get into tge painting

Me too I found an old metal strainer in some family antiques one had a little rust so I use it for my paint 😊

I do this too unless i forgot which is often lol! I use the strainer from the dollar store normally!
