Good looking boat. And I like that you are always smiling in your videos. This makes them all the more enjoyable to watch.

@@gordonipock9385 Awww, thanks for saying that! 🥰I have actually had other people tell me that, before, too -- mostly, however, when I was much younger! I think she is a year or so older than me, tho, so we're pretty close in age. ☺

The physical resemblance is obvious, but you carry yourself much like her, too. You command attention, or I should say, notice. Charisma, I suppose.

Another great job showing everything on the boat!! Thank you Chelle-I was looking forward to seeing this. A few of the improvements that I noticed -from my 88’ C23: The foiled rudder with the lift handle-very nice! The storage area arrangement behind the companionway steps(yours utilizes the space to be much more accessible. The round chrome/stainless nautical style cabin lights on the bulkhead look so much better than my square plastic ones(I’m not sure what Compac was thinking back in 88’ the plastic is out-of-place on such a refined and well built yacht..). I believe my sink drain is out the side... I’m surprised yours drains into the bilge?? For the bilge pump, a separate dedicated switch is installed that has an On manual/ Off/ On Automatic and a light to show it is running-if youtube allowed me to post a photo, I would. I’m curious to know your preferred treatment for interior teak? I have not done mine, and I’ve seen people use teak oil, or finish with a satin varnish...?? Really like the roller furling and canvas/Sunbrella covers over the tiller and winches-nice! Looking Sharp!

I thought the handle on the rudder was nice. I have a rope, but I think the handle would work a lot better.

Hi, Randy! Awww, thanks so much for the lovely remarks you've shared -- means so much to me!!! I'd definitely like to add a dedicated switch to my electrical panel for my bilge. I am nervous to leave the boat without having an auto bilge pump! A project that is high on the priority list fo me! Yeah, on the sink -- I was told it does drain into the bilge, but I need to follow the hose to verify this! I was told no below-the-waterline through-hulls on my boat, but I have do have cockpit scuppers as well as above-the-waterline thru-hulls for my bilge to empty and one for the outboard's gas line. No sink thru-hull, tho. I haven't treated my teak inside of the cabin yet, but I do have a product that I bought for this -- I can't remember the name offhand, but will find out and let you know. It isn't varnish or teak oil, but I believe some kind of wood oil. I think that my boat is finished with mahogany inside and not teak, but I have to confirm this with Com-Pac. Cool, yeah, I love the Sunbrella covers, too -- thanks so much!!! I splashed Charm about four days ago and am in the process of finishing up her rig. More to follow soon! Keep me posted on how your sailing season is going and share your adventures! Fair winds!

I have the Harken 8 winches on my tiny 20 footer too. Take care to catch the parts properly when you open it for maintenance (there is a metal tube to reduce friction in there and it wants to go for a swim. Fair winds!
