obviously i can't check for sure bc i don't have the pack but i saw james turner say that the tax on the rentals is 50 simoleons per day per unit so if you have your rent income less than that, then you're going to make a loss

In Western Australia and renting is so bad we've got what's called a "rental crisis" where the rent is so disproportionate to our income that a lot of us can't afford to rent, save for a house deposit and have basic amenities. The rest of the country isn't much better but it seems to be a universal problem

Here in the US real estate is sky high. I hear people with two full time incomes are barely scraping by. And rent is more expensive too.

not sure but i thought if you did not have them pay the 194 that when bills come due you have to come up with the rest of the money on your own for the whole building rent. I remember the sims 2 apartment with the park on the side that is the one I put my sims in all the time

I’m pretty sure you need to furnish them (I’ve seen a lot of creators furnish them beforehand so I’d have to assume you’d have to)

Lol where i live in canada is sooo expensive

Seeing all the builds with the squatting toilet literally on the ground made me feel odd a little because in my place, the squatting toilet is usually on a different level than the rest of the toilet. Like it's supposed to be one level up platform, idk how to explain it and i wished i could attach a picture here. Although maybe in some other places, it's not like how we have here. I was also wondering if we could advertise our empty units and other sims could come or send a mail to apply to the apartment unit, instead of us filling the unit by ourselves all the time? Anyway, i'm sooo happy to see my favorite foods in the Sims officially!! I saw Malaysian satay and nasi lemak in other videos by other simmers 🥹 Can't wait to see you go explore all the menus included in this pack! ❤

creator codes aren’t promo codes/discount codes, those are two different things. it works! creator codes are just a way to support creators if you plan to buy a pack anyways. similar to roblox star codes
