Phone addiction is such a real calamity and all people underestimate it as if not a big deal,,, future is scary brothers with this device, the most difficult part of Mobile is that mobile has some benefits so that's why we cannot leave it forever so it is really challenging to use it just when we need it. Be careful be with Allah. Read more Quran read ahadith And just use it when you need it. Be in nature and remember allah

Alhamdulillah I feel like I breaked away from this addiction this year. The last 3 years, mostly around the ages of 17/18, I was so reliant on my phone that it was diverting me away from Islam. But after turning to Allah due to something that happened in my life, I barely use my phone now and most of the time it just sits on my bedside cupboard and I only pick it up for important calls etc. Im turning 20 next month and I feel like social media is such a waste of time, as it all just leads to fitnah.

expecting a specific number you can set into yout phone isnt what this is about. are you able to be present to the people and environment around you? are you capable of performing your duties with a positive attitude? if the answer is no, put your phone down.

It can be used for good and evil. If you use it for social media all day or at all, then yes, it's evil. Use it to read and gain knowledge about Islam and how to be better. Use it to learn many trades and skills. Talking to people can also lead you astray.
