Hiya mate , just a tip to get ur elbows up , hold the bars like an “ice cream cone” u should find some vids on it but basically hold the grip on an angle so ur elbows naturally are up , then u don’t think about getting them up , it helped me a lot . But anyways love ur vids and keep doing what ur doing 👍👍

Cheers pal was a pleasure to meet you both. I really enjoyed the stubble field riding feel like it realy brings u on as a rider especially as a novice 👌

Im probably 5 days in to mx and bikes in general and went weedon witch i was told was good but when i got there it was just rutted puddle jump faces and my 125 wasn't going good because of me and my anxiety went off the charts but im hopefully going back to crash some more and learn 😂
