Эскадрилья «Монгольский арат» (монг. «Монгол ард» нисэх онгоцны эскадриль), по официальным документам 2-я истребительная авиационная эскадрилья «Монгольский арат» - именная истребительная эскадрилья ВВС СССР, сформированная в 1943 году на средства жителей Монгольской Народной Республики (МНР), участвовавшая в Великой Отечественной войне.  22 июня 1941 Президиум ЦК МНРП, Совет Министров и Президиум Малого хурала МНР собрались на объединённое заседание, на котором заявили о поддержке СССР в Великой Отечественной войне. Помощь советским бойцам начали оказывать простые жители Монголии и рядовые солдаты Народной армии, прося об отправлении на фронт. Так, до начала контрнаступления под Москвой фронтовики получили огромный запас зимней одежды от МНР: по 15 тысяч полушубков, пар варежек и меховых жилетов на общую сумму более чем 1,8 млн тугриков. In the US, Mexico, and Central America there is a dish that is made exactly the same except for the seasonings which include chilies in some form called an Empanada de Carne, There is also the Central American Pupusa which can be stuffed with pigskin, bean, and cheese, or cheese and a vegetable called Lorica, but they are flat circles and grilled rather than fried in fat.

Yes, "la empanada Argentina" is made of beef, but it wears also egg. The spanish "empanadilla" little empanada in spanish is made of tuna... with boiled egg too, and the italian panzerotti, from apulia, wears also cheese... Never try to find its origin...if ur grandma is near...a figth between an italian and a spanish grandma would be epic... :-) A big hug from the other part of Eurasia!!

These filled pasties exist in all continents e.g Cornish Pasties, Samosa, Jamaican pasties. However the fillings, pastry making and method of cooking make it wildly different from one and another.

@@enkhzayazundui1063 Good advice! The food on this channel is excellent - I had a go at cooking khushuur and it turned out well. I don't know what it was about lockdown in the UK though. I felt I had to go to Mongolia right then and there. We were locked in our homes and not allowed out. It was a relief to see Mongolia in these videos.

I'm Nepalese and this dish is kinda (well, very) similar to a Tibetan/Nepalese dish called Shyafaley. In fact, I've noticed a lot of Mongolian dishes are very similar to Tibetan/Nepalese dishes. I guess back in the ancient times, food was one thing that was shared between different cultures and races.

We Tibetans also make and eat these. These are called Sha Bhaklap in Tibet. There is a whole Tibetan song dedicated to this dish.

In Bangladesh we call them "Jhal Pitha"or "spicy puli pitha".. it's so amazing to see that different countries have similar food with slightly different cooking method but all of them r delicious ☺️☺️

@@user-pi7eq3qj7o Монголы дикий чеснок Мангир по весне собирают и солят получается как квашеная капуста только вкуснее. Много квасят еще дикий лук черемщу. Вот и на хуушуурах их кладут получается очень вкусно

Ели так же много и плотно, восновном белковые, мясомолочные, мучное питание было.Уж среди азиатов крепче монгол по телесложению нет никого! Поинтересуйся победами монгольских борцов на мировом арене, по вольной борьбе, зюдо, самбо, Сумо и ты поймеш что эти люди не слабого розлива

@@Levent_gulgonul how can hate be used in "a good way"? That is like using the term "envy" and then trying to turn it into something positive. Envy is never good. Hate is never good. I don't know how you were raised but trying to slap on a smiley face on two very negative terms is like trying to justify Black slavery or Native American genocide by saying "oh, it happened a long time ago". And that is one really messed up outlook.

Here in indonesia we make like that too, we called it "pastel", it more delicious if you eat that with peanut sauce or we called it "saus kacang"

Yes in India they make Husshur but not with meat inside rather they stuff it with sweet condensed milk mixed with roasted semolina and dry fruits...it is called Gujia, Pirikiya...even the moulding of edges are done exactly the same but they r made smaller in size...it is considered a delicacy

Gujia and Khussur are as different as night and day. Gujia is a sweet dish, a desert while Khussur is a meat dish, a main meal. Only similarity is their shape and that the covering are made with wheat flour.

I had to look up the word and if it is the same thing ramson is a wild onion called ramps here in the US. It looked pickled though. I've made these and served them with Torshi an Armenian mixed pickle that contains cabbage I make from time to time because it is good with boiled lambs tongue.

After doing a little digging, it has multiple names such as wild garlic/onion/leek/etc, all referring to the same plant. It's not ramps but rather a relative of ramps which is found in the continents of Asia and Europe: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allium_ursinum This seems to look like the product used in the video: mongolianstore.com/product/mongolian-ramson-with-olive-oil/

Если вы заметили контент изначально нацелен на англоязычную аудиторию! В Монголии русский язык не имеет популярность. Монголия расчет делает на англрязычных туристов! То что русские и русскоязычные увидели эти ролики то они не делают никакую погоду. Это даже заметно по количеству откликов. Вы сами видите основном отзывы от англоязычной публики
