Good eye! A couple of reactors have pointed out the giant head has the same facial piercings as the chem baron Margot(sp?) we saw during season 1's "good meeting" scene. I'm looking forward to a more in-depth look at the intramural Zaun politics that really seems to be bubbling up in the teaser.
