I think everyone can learn something from this humble young person who has been blessed with so much talent. I am glad he plays for San Antonio. Some of the other teams don’t do a good job of developing and nurturing talent.

I have been a basketball junkie for all my life, from late Jordan, Timmy, Kobe etc Never ever I have seen a star player and a fanbase showing so much love to each other. We are so lucky to have him

It reminds me of TP talking about how he was a fan of Bruce Bowen as a kid, back when Bruce was playing in France and how even though Tony and his father were Bulls and MJ fans, his brother was like « Nah, I’m San Antonio, I’m David Robinson » and years later Tony ended up playing with both Bruce Bowen and David Robinson in San Antonio. And now Wemby who grew up like every kid playing basketball in France looking up to Tony Parker is also playing in San Antonio (where another French all time great played in the person of Boris Diaw). It was written all along…

I am so glad we have this man, not only a once in a lifetime talent, but another giant good human being on the Spurs. David Robinson was the man, Tim after him and now Victor. We're in for a great decade or 2 of ball here folks. Peace and love

And all the Argentinean people that became true Spurs fans beginning with Manu. I'm Australian.... so as soon as Patty Mills arrived, I became a Spurs fan. There are thousands and thousands of Aussie Spurs fans that have never missed watching a single game since Patty signed all those years ago!
