I really missed Medjugorje. I went there last year. The place was beautiful. It's like taking a short trip to Heaven. We saw the miracle of the dancing sun. I climbed the Apparition Hill (Podbrdo) and Cross Hill (Kritzevac). The scenery from the top was amazing. The people there are very friendly.

Such a tiny place in the world and God chose this place because he felt most welcomed there in Medjugorja. The people in the village practised their faith and honored the holy days and praised God first.....It is a well know practise to always say "praise be to Jesus" every time you enter your house.. anyway thankyou Jesus for caring so much for us and sending YOUR Mother - OUR Mother to bring back her children!

It is a wooden cross about 75 feet to the north of the Statue of Our Lady on Apparition hill. It is about ¾ scale and it looks like is has been in the weather for at least 10 years. The most beautiful thing about it is that the legs and feet have been polish to a smooth sheen by believers kissing and holding Jesus.

Both those songs are sung in many places and almost every day in Medjugorje. I believe those recordings come from the Marian Songs CD that is locally recorded in and sold in Medjugorje. I did not find it online, but similar recordings of those songs can be found by searching for those key words. God Bless You

I often wonder what Mary (or Jesus) would look like if she appearead to me. Would she present herself as a middle-eastern looking woman with darker skin, as she must have been in her life, or would she appear as most statues and paintings interpret her; as fair skin and american/european looking. You do not have to be A Catholic or a Christian to go the Medjugorje. God gives every soul the chance to discover His love. You have two choices. You can surrender yourself to God and grow closer to Peace in your heart and Heaven or you can choose against God and start moving toward Hell. There is no in-between. You do not have to go to Medjugorje to make that choice.
