Lately I've been feeling pretty down and like I'm in a rut. My mental health has been suffering. I decided it's time to have a mental health reset day.     Rebekah! First, thank you for posting this. I know your last video you talked about wanting to be able to post the hard stuff that maybe no one would be interested in, but that you would be proud of. So the fact that you posted this…shows growth and progress in achieving that goal. Second, you are DEFINITELY NOT alone. I feel like this more often than not. And most of the time I’m not as brave as you are to get myself up and shake it off. I often let it consume me. So give yourself credit for recognizing your emotions and doing the work to get out of the slump. Give yourself a little grace, too! Always remember you are braver thank you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and twice as beautiful as you’ve ever imagined!     I found these steps very helpful and honestly I liked that you kept saying you didn’t have motivation and not wanting to do anything. I have so many days like that and seeing you say that and then you being able to go on a walk or shower tells me if you can do it I can do and that is motivating to me. I really appreciate your openness and honestly.

    Your steps to get out of darkness really are great and I'm going to try them. I've been overwhelmed and out of it; sleeping for hours and escaping to my car to chain smoke. I know, gross. We'll get out of this dark time. Thank you for sharing. Peace 🕊️

    Thank you for posting this, Rebekah! I'm also going through a funk and having a night routine has kept me grounded. Also, working out allows me to escape my thoughts and life for a bit. That lack of motivation is real during these periods, but I know we have them for a reason. We cannot have the good without the bad. I try to thank God for all moments in my life, no matter how painful.

    this came at the perfect time for me. I'm also a small youtuber who works full time. I've been feeling really stressed, down, and burnt out too. i only got out of bed close to 11 today (which is extremely late for me). and i had to film, edit, workout, and clean my apartment today. i feel like I've lost half the day rotting in bed and on social media, but I'm so glad i came across your channel. i found you through your Feb reset video which was on my homepage! and now I'm watching this video and it is really resonating with me right now. thank you for sharing and being vulnerable

    You are so strong to even make this video. When we are in a rut, it can be hard to even pick up your phone, let alone get up, go for a walk, drink water and journal. So proud of you. Sometimes it takes just getting out of bed and moving to a different room to get out of a funk. You are not alone, and I found comfort in watching this, knowing I am not alone either.     there’s something so healing about being in water… I feel like showers help completely reset my mood. burnout is so incredibly real and im so glad you had some time to take care of yourself & give yourself what your body & mind needed ❤
