I'VE BEEN HAD! I probably should've known, but I foolishly trusted the countless reactions to this exact video already up on youtube, combined with the fact that the video I reacted to wasn't uploaded by an official channel (so it had to go through and pass the copyright check itself) and had already been up for years without any problems... I got linked this performance by commenters as the version of the mama+monster+wolf performance that's fine to react to, bcs it's from their seoul concert - I guess they grabbed the wrong link... two weeks of adjusting the reaction several times per day, OVER FIFTY VERSIONS later I'm pretty sure they linked me a jpn concert (even though the source video doesn't mention it, but after watching the video a million times during editing I'm 99% sure Baekhyun shouted tokyo dome at one point!?), bcs I've never had any issues like this with their seoul performance videos 😭 this video has super strict automated copyright to combat reuploads, which my reaction kept getting flagged as (apparently I DON'T talk enough to convince a bot that this isn't an identical reupload, but rather transformative content and that no one would ever substitute the original free public video with my reaction if they wanted to just watch the performance) 👀 the weirdest part is that the copyright claim only applies to the wolf-part of the video, which seems to be registered as a different source video from the rest of the performance!? super odd. especially bcs the video I reacted to was, again, not an official channel, so it has passed the check without issues and they've approved this exact video before. The system was generally being kinda weird about this reaction tho, because at one point it copyrighted 30 seconds of ME, without any extra visuals or music playing. Just fullscreen of my face talking 😂 This kind of stuff (broadcasted performances or japanese content, basically anything with unreliable copyright that changes randomly with the tides) usually goes onto my patreon for this exact reason.. BUT as they seem to allow it as long as you do sufficient transformative work on it, I tinkered with it until it was approved, which took forever bcs the wolf part kept being flagged while the rest of the exact same video was fine without any changes whatsoever xD Anyways, I couldn't have filmed a new reaction anyways and if I would've posted this to patreon you guys wouldn't have gotten a new video this week, so I worked hard to find a layout that looked nice AND got approved by the system 🥺 luckily I figured out a solution in this case, but please don't expect more japanese content on here, in the future I'll keep it to my patreon as planned - this was a special case because I didn't have another video prepared (as this was SUPPOSEDLY cleared due to being a fanupload) and also felt kinda trolled by the system 🙃 But this took TWO WEEKS to fix (which was luckily 99% just my computer rendering for 4 hours, having the new version rejected, me making changes for 10 minutes and having my pc rendering for another 4 hours - but it was VERY STRESSFUL and I don't plan on doing it again q.q my pc has been working through the nights for like 10 days straight now and I can't sleep well bcs it's loud when rendering..) Getting this onto youtube has been quite exhausting, so for the future let's stick to Seoul concerts on here, alrighty? 🥺 Anyways, I gotchu the reaction you've all been waiting for, so PLEASE ENJOY!✨

OMG I CRACKED THE CODE!!!! I've been trying to post comments to MY OWN VIDEO for FOUR HOURS and half of my comments, including this comment that I had intended to post right as I released the video KEPT BEING REMOVED BY KZread 😭 it took me four hours to come to the incredible solution that youtube somehow shadowbanned me from using that monkey emoji hiding his eyes that I use so often... EVERY SINGLE COMMENT in which I used it today got removed from the comment section within 20 seconds and can't even be found in my spam folder 😂 KZread really banned me from commenting on my own video... I feel like such a clown 😂😂

I really enjoyed the rock elements in wolf and the even harder rock elements in MAMA. Monster is iconic ( we already know that ) and this live is one of the best live performances i have ever seen. Also if you don’t know Kyungsoo ( D.O. ) will be debuting solo on the 26th 🤗

Yes monster has a dance practice video and performance video as well
It's really hard to dance and sing so many high notes right? That's the reason why I Love EXO, they prioritize their vocals rather than the dance but still so cool

@@Kiryu_Maji I've been confused about this. On all the official kprofile sites, they still list Sehun's position as lead dancer and Kai and Lay as main dancer. But I see exols get mad saying Sehun is a main dancer too....did SM announce his position had changed?

I’m glad I waited for so long though, I feel like knowing all the songs in the set and knowing the members a bit better helped me to really enjoy this fully and be hype for it 🔥 gave me total goosebumps!

THIS PERFORMANCE NEVER FAILS TO GIVE ME GOOSEBUMPS. this separates exo from others, their stage presence, vocals, dancing, and ability to command and hype up the audience is amazing.

For Monster... There is both Performance Video and Choreography video... Performance video = music video like shots but instead of them doing poses, singing, acting... the entire video is just a shot of them doing the choreo in different angles and costumes/clothing Choreography video - The typical them in practice room. Though the way SM did their choreo vid is dark, that you think its one-shot-music-video(like what they did with Growl) filmed in a studio but its actually the famous SM practice room with different lighting...

I went to one of the Exo'rdium shows, I can't begin to even explain the feeling I felt when they opened with MAMA, it was ethereal. I legit had goosebumps over my entire body.

This version of Wolf can be found on Exo's live album(s). This concert was EXOrdium so u can find these songs on that album. Ofc there is different Wolf etc versions of Exo live albums because they perform the popular songs again and again in concerts but this was the EXOrdium verison.

Seeing Wolf Remix live was indescribable.. I also enjoy the live version more. ETA: everyone EVERYONE yelled "THAT'S RIGHT MY TYPE" right along with Sehun during Monster. It was amazing.

When you watch the dance practice watch out for Chanyeol jumping over the other members as he starts his rap. It’s one of my favorite dance formations ever but it happens so fast. I call it the backwards airplane 😂

I loved the original wolf version - I love the remix as well, but I LOVE the original! basically love everything by EXO and will watch the official music videos and live versions because they're just all amazing in different ways.
Girl you can tell theyre breathing. You can watch their acoustic version in hk or japan. You will know they can harmonize while singing. EXO is trained singing while running on threadmills. Must watch : - acoustic version hk or japan - white noise + thunder + playboy + artificial love - killing voice dingo

Of course Mama is special cos it was the first song I'd heard from them. And Monster. Aaaah. The rap! And Kyungsoo's yeahyeahyeahyeah (hahaha)... But Wolf! I've always loved Wolf--just saying again hahaha. The entire song! I'm not sure how that song would work if it was sung by any other group... but yeah, EXO can still pull it off and own it because they've always had a diverse repertoire. 😊

Its really no wonder why EXO'rdium won best concert in 2017, because they really brought it all in this concerts, epic opening with their super powers included, some unexpected property in the concerts, real experience of their powers 😂, god damn vocals in every session, clubing session, and a session where they sang along with guitar only The experience for this concert was so damn amazing Anyway, if you want to download or heard the remix version of the songs, you can look up for their live concert album in spotify, they have it all there

EXO is really good with pulling off experimental songs. I have yet to find a song as messy yet cohesive and rollercoaster-y as this one. Trully a masterpiece. And their comebacks give u different flavors everytime- its usually a hit or miss when groups change their style/genre every comeback but EXO does it so well that they never miss. This really changed the way I see kpop which it why it's really hard for me to get into other kpop groups.
Mama was experimental and people weren't ready for it so EXO got a lot of hate and got called flops. But by the time they did this concert, they had enough experience to turn the tables for this song.

This was totally fun..... Hope u know why all exols prefer live ver..... This reminded me when I made my cousin exol she liked the songs but when stumbled upon the live versions she started playing all the songs on repeat of live. I was like if you are gonna repeat the same songs why not listen to their mv atleast you increase the views...... Yes. I was already actively gone crazy that time too. EXO tour which is EXOplanet every year has it's own choreos it's being planned which dischoreography should be made particular era it's was "Encore" always had this very hard instrumental background and it was remix the reason why tou heard it alot of happening out there. If you're gonna watch the whole tour you will be going crazy that encore is like a glimpse of some song in tour.We appreciate your reactions that why we keep suggesting to react live cuz you can hear and witness random vibes and unique choreography s of EXO had made through years. Next I suggest the EXOPLanet #4 Diamon+ Coming over+ Run this+Dropt that+ Power which is you'll gonna watch the different vibe. I swear you really wish you was thete to witness it. Encore is too much work in there they made for EXO-L'S to interact which is you ali heard some part of this video EXO-L's do the chant in particular line in each song. Alright, I'm back to make a really long comment again haha! I feel like every time you post something you should just start expecting to see me from now on, Landy. xD But, to start off, this reaction was so out of the blue, omg! I was absolutely not expecting you to have reacted to this at all and I just wanna say I'm very pleasantly surprised. This performance is literally an experience. Next, I just wanna tell you that I, for one, didn't mind the layout one bit. I saw the struggle you went through to put this up on KZread but let's just say that having the original video playing in the background kind of helped me focus on your reactions more. I can't begin to tell you the number of times I rewind reactions videos to see the reactions instead of the actual video, LOL! Perhaps it's just the Exo effect. ;) Also, I believe you've found the MAMA remix on Apple music. It's quite the blessing, isn't it? I'm usually not for rock music but Exo is slowly but steadily changing my mind. First Baekhyun and Seo Moon Tak's Hurt, then the MAMA remix and finally Drop That; all masterpieces!!👏 Lastly, I just want to talk about why the Wolf performance is so dear to most people- other than the fact that it's literally performed so well, ofc. That little addition they did right before the last third of the song REALLY showed off Baekhyun and Chen's vocal abilities to the very fullest. Those notes they hit as so absolutely GORGEOUS and not to mention, the HARMONIES. God, I love that bit with everything!! (To tell you I heard this version before the studio version- I was a little disappointed to not have this on the original. And then I saw that they have a studio version of this remix.) Again, the never-ending saga of plots. That position they were in in the beginning of Wolf represents the "tree of life" from what I know. I'm not too sure because the theories are quite overwhelming for me to keep up with. Anyway, as the song progresses, you see position being repeated right after the second chorus, at the beginning of that dance break. Then comes the visuals of the tree on the screen being slashed through in red, which I believe is a reference to the tree of life being split in half. This ties back to their roots; that little narration as an intro to MAMA is where you hear about all these words. I love how they tied back to their roots. Idk if anybody else thinks this way, but to me the fact that they're opening the concert with their debut song, along with the fact that they've added this imagery in Wolf really makes me feel like they REMEMBER all the pain and struggle they've been through to get where they are today. Again, I could be wrong, or this could be just my pov. Whatever it is, it really makes me all warm and fuzzy on the inside hehe. Another thing that REALLY made me appreciate this version was that tiny lil' focus Xiumin got. It's not even that long, really, but it was enough for me to realize just how STRONG of a dancer he is. Honestly, he's been getting recognised a lot more recently, however I STILL find it inadequate. Out of all the members, I feel like he's the hidden ace and all rounder. His stunning visuals, his smooth dancing (as showcased in this very video), his amazing vocals (he hits the highest notes in Exo) and his rapping- HE CAN DO EVERYTHING. SM, just why are you depriving us of more Xiumin content?!😭 Alright, I think I'm done- oh, ofc I'm not! How can I end this comment without appreciating you? I'm not sure you're going to read such a long comment, but in case you do... Girl, you've some patience. Anyway, once again, I thank you for taking the time to tell us your honest opinion! I could listen to you talk for hours; hell, please ignore those idiots that told you not to talk as much because I absolutely LOVE having inputs from you! In fact, maybe you should give us a compilation of all the parts you edited out lol! I'd definitely watch that, no matter how long! P.s.- yes, Monster has a dance practice and a performance video. Unfortunately, SM decided to really dim out the lighting and have fancy camera work for the dance practice, which means we've shaky shots+ones where the moves aren't even seen because of the lighting. The performance video, I understand because they used cuts from that in the MV but I was really disheartened to see the state of the dance practice. On the bright side, however, it ended up looking like an MV in itself lol! Just wish we'd have had a steady cam and good lighting, but that's just my opinion.There was a leaked version of the dance practice, tho and you can really see the moves there. God, leave it to SM to mess it up like this, omg. And someone pls start a petition for SM to release all their dance practices. Like, SM what are you holding out on us for?😭
