The slow, painful process of gaslighting.....with a major twist! This was a really good movie and worth the watch!

It's pretty realistic, how the main character didn't have any reception in Germany. Pretty accurate. 5 stars

It’s about power, control and money. If a nation is starving and you hold power over them using starvation then a remedy to that would make you lose that power over them……. unless of course the remedy itself can make you more powerful. Look at what the Tobacco companies did for decades while people suffered and died, they put profits above people and even went out of their way to suppress the truth. In real life there’s solutions to a lot of world problems but greed is usually what’s preventing progress.

Such people exist in real life, trust me. They don't have the same kind of thinking as you, you have a instinct for good, they have a instinct for evil. I have met many people like that, they goal of the project would be benefitial to all of us yet they do everything they can to sabotage it because they don't want anyone apart from themselves to take the shine, they want to always be in control and dominate, their desire for personal advantage Trump's any sort of universal good that could be achieved

Love this film.

I started watching assuming I’d never seen this film before and about 4 minutes in I realized I had seen this film already and this synopsis helped me remember the plot point I had forgotten and also the closing act that I also forgot… I guess movies with Liam are just like that, you tend to forget everything about them

Funny to have you say "Herr Jurgen" all along as if it was his name and then saying "Mr. Jurgen" a couple of times. "Herr" in German means "Mr.". Her written note "Herr Jurgen" just means Mr. Jurgen

The film has so many massive gaps in it - like how did the plotters know that Liam would forget his briefcase and that he’d jump into another Taxi to go looking for it? How would they have known that a truck would spill its contents , making the taxi swerve and fall over a bridge ? How would they have known that he would’ve nearly drowned and had to be resuscitated and that he’d stay in a coma for 4 days, not remembering his details ?? Too many QUESTIONS left unanswered by this movie !! Also, for the heist to have taken place successfully, Liams’ enemies would’ve required many months of Planning! Perhaps what should’ve happened is a planned Sabotage or a planned “Robbery gone Wrong” whereby the supposed Thief sh’oots at Liam, hoping to dispense of him so that their plan could go live. Diane’s character would’ve been the eye witness . I know it’s cliche and been done in other movies, but still more Believable than THIS storyline!

They didn't know that was going to happen to him though... The other guy was the backup they used to continue the plan when the main guy got in the accident and was unable to continue the job. The issue isn't the movie, you just didn't get the major plot point reveal, which can happen quite easily since it goes by so quick in the recap.

I used to really enjoy watching/listening to many of the Chanel's previous videos with its previous voice however there are other recap Chanel's I watch already .
