A Man, A Mountain and a Good Horse
This is a solo horse pack trip deep into the Wyoming mountain Range along Willow Creek near Hoback river south of Jackson Hole Wyoming and west of Pinedale Wyoming.
I ran away from home on horse back for a few days by myself into the mountains. Did some exploring, relaxing and sight seeing. You know sometimes all a man needs is a good mountain and a good horse and for those good moments that’s all you need
Please comment and share your feedback with us. We would love to hear from you.
Be sure to like and share if you enjoyed this video and above all thanks for tuning in. More wilderness horseback trips to come.
Stay curious and explore and be nice to your horse

Once again, another good video. Nice horses. Love you buckskin. Good mover out.
In my humble opinion, life can not be richer than this... In the true wilderness, watching wildlife in its own habitat, leaving everything on halt and drift away in good thoughts whilst riding horseback.. wished that could happen only once.. Thank you, good Sir, for taking us along 😃 Absolute breathtaking beautiful!
Thanks for the ride !

I’m in Eastern Washington. Have a trip planned to the Frank Church wilderness in Idaho to scout out an elk/deer hunt in October. Probably go on a few around here too. The way this year is shaping up, snow wise, we’ll be in the backcountry in a few weeks! If you ever happen to be going through Washington and ned a good, safe, layover with you animals. Feel free to stop by.

Another great video. You did a fantastic job filming and editing. Hopefully you didn’t have to get off your horse each time to set up your camera and tripod. That Wyoming Range is a gem. I swear I could hear the mountain men talking about all the plews they’d get there. The wife and I roamed around in there last July. Sounds like you have the same arrangement we do: my wife loves to paint and I hate it so I help her move the furniture and head to the mountains. We both get in our happy place. Haha. Thanks for sharin. Your riding and horse packing videos are the best out there. 👏👍

Love that nice juicy feed. Looks like the cattle didn’t get there yet. Every meadow I go to is all grazed out by late summer. Too many damn cattle in the backcountry up in the mountains here. Ranchers will graze all the high country all summer and there’s nothing left for the elk come fall.
And or as in our family a mule.... Original ATV.

Not sure how this ended up in my recommended list. Nice that it did. A boys dream, maybe not with today’s boys. Yippy I, Yippy A, Yippy O…. Name that show. At 60 still dreamin. Had horses for a handful a years between with my first wife in my early mid 20s. Love to disappear into the woods. Eat grass and bark if I had to. Leave the world behind. Go to bed to the sounds of the forest every night. Hey Google! Good night. No, no alarm. Like to do it for real. Come Lord Jesus.
