I don't know why but this has such a 1920s circus performer vibe in the best way. I could easily picture this look on some impossibly glamorous tightrope walker or performance artist.

LOVE this look! Maybe it's the hair but I'm getting major 20's-30's vibes but the brows are definitely reminiscent of the 90's-early 2000's. Such a dark time for brows but some (like yours) were done really well!
