This timing is spot on! I’ve had T1Diabetes since I was a kid. My friend invited me to a JDRF walk through a SF park with other T1D Adults on 1/28. We’ll also be hearing from a PhD, CEP, JDRF NorCal Board Member, about some recent advancements & tips for exercising with T1D. I love how these aspects are so supportive. 🙏❤
