A look inside Nila House

Opening Nila House in Jaipur was the realisation of a 25-year dream for Daylesford's founder Carole Bamford. It is a centre of excellence that celebrates Indian textiles, crafts and the natural dyes used in their creation, and shows that they have value and relevance today. Designers and artisans from all over the world can visit Nila and learn about the history and skills behind the traditions and be inspired to use the intricate techniques in their own work. This short film takes a glimpse inside the beautiful restored bungalow and explains some of the work that will take place here.

Hey Carole - india is independent and we dont need a Britisher to lead indian CSR. Greatness is all about passing the baton. You being the top most leader proves your imperial mentality. Boooooooo and boycott nila for such mentality
