Loved the townhome. Second home was beautiful and the rooms were all big, but too much house for me. Third home is good for those who want a fixer upper…and that ain’t me. Final thought…having been married to a Greek for quick (and dreadful) minute, I learned quickly that Gyro’s are pronounced “Yee-row” - no “G” sound but I love them with lamb and cucumber sauce!!

Hey Kaleb, The Townhouse is really nice and clean, But it needs to be upgraded in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not a fan of ponds either. For 299,000 is not a bad price at all in a pretty neighborhood. House#2. Is a Beauty but it's way to pricey for me, Heck you could buy 2 Homes for that price. House #3, Kaleb when you said that this home was AS IS, I wouldn't purchased a house like this, You'll have more Trouble than you can Handle. So I'll PASS. Hi Kaleb, happy Sunday:) House one is move in ready as you said and can upgrade later. Price not bad either. However, House number two should have wood floors. Carpet cheapens it. The price should be less because will need upgrades as well...Number three should be less.

Well I will tell you I would not buy the second house just for the fact that it's over $7000 a year for taxes and that's for that owner so the new owner is going to have even higher taxes. Even if it is a semi pretty house with no pool I wouldn't buy it.

Hi Kaleb first house is good price per square footage, the house in Ocala is too expensive, You can get a new home there for the same price.

HOA is extremely to high and ut need new flooring

Hi Kaleb , i think for sure we are going to foreclosures hit the market more and more each month as homeowners are not able to keep up with rising rates and inflation !! We are going to see worse than 2008 financial crash as i see a Financial TRAIN Wreck coming , Student loans , Credit card debt , Mortgage debt , Auto Loan Debt !!!!!! Its going to be bad with the Fed holding the raters high to Crash the Demand !!!
