This time, we would like to introduce a small bakery that was founded in 1962 and is active in the shopping district in Fuchu City, Tokyo. At first, they didn't have a kiln, so they made and sold sandwiches using the bread they bought, and also sold sweets and juice. At that time, there were no housing complexes or shopping streets, and there were not that many residents, but it was said to be very useful because it was far from the station. Eventually, housing complexes were built and the surrounding area was developed for housing, the number of people increased, and a shopping street was created.
After that, the second generation Kazuki Tsugane joined the store and officially took over in 2007, changing the name of the store to its current name, ``Petit Ange Shoseido.'' Now, 61 years later, the variety of breads has increased and the shop has become loved by many customers.

プチアンジュのファンです。 ここのパンは本当にどれも美味しい！ 特に塩あんバターが好きなんですが、表面はパリッとしていて中はもっちりとしたバターロールにあんこの甘みで何個も手が進んでしまう！
