あぁ～風情がありますねぇ(^^♪ おかずもそこはかとない情緒醸し出しているし…素敵ヽ(^o^)丿ですね。自分が学生の時はアルマイトの弁当箱にぎっしり白米つめて真ん中に梅干しでおかずは沢庵とか目玉焼き、近所の肉屋さんの鶏むね肉の味噌漬けが定番でした。

最高のお弁当すぎて こういうのでいいんだよはバチが当たります！！

「こういうのでいいんだよ！」は「簡単にできる」「上手でなくてもいい」と見せかけて評価を稼ごうとする、 「料理研究家」さんがテレビの料理番組などで何度も使って流行した、お決まりの表現のパクリで感心しない。

If you have enough time and skill to do that enjoyable task for one meal, go for it. Here in the USA, I dont think people cook from scratch (non-processed, fresh ingredients) as much. It looks so much healthier and fresh.

Etwas längere Einblendungen wäre von Vorteil, da man so oftmals nicht so schnell lesen kann und immer wiederholen muß. Was sind das für Papiere die mit in die Box kommen? Warum? Mich würde es wohl beim Essen stören, wenn die immer dazwischen auftauchen würden. Aber sehr interessant die Essenszubereitung!!! Vielen Dank für das Video! 👍

It's very nice, but I think that paying so much attention to the stomach is wrong.
