The Moss Balls have been named! Thank you to one of our Abroad Community members, they will forever be referred to as Moss, Jen & Roy! If you’re ever in the area, Kew Gardens is a must!
Where have you gone??? Please make more content. Was always so positive and enjoyable to watch.
Another thumbs up from me, been here a few times over the years and when I went for the first time it cost a penny to get in, now that is inflation.. They have pop concerts here too called Kew the music and Christmas at Kew is really special too. Another fab video Michelle. 🍁

You are the second person so far to mention recalling a penny admission fee! I saw that Kew is showing theatre productions in the park as well - might have to return for some entertainment!
Love Kew Gardens when I was was nipper back in the 50's it used to cost a penny to get in

I wonder, was Kew as charming back then as it is now? How has it changed?

@@ACanadianAbroadMichelle Pretty much the same went to Kew with my daughter a couple of years ago and still the same, apart of course on the entrance fee
Very interesting; I have not been for decades and so much of what interested you is relatively new.

I have been so curious about the evolution of Kew Gardens; I'm sure it has changed immensely over the years!
Thank you as only rarely do we get YT videos about Kew. I believe that in the '70s or earlier it was 1 old penny to enter.

Eric and I spent nearly two hours in Richmond Park a few months ago and felt like we barely covered it! Will be going back and will likely make an episode out of it while we're there!

How about Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail from Beatrix Potter's The Tale of The Flopsy Bunnies?

This is a great suggestion!!! Suits them, no?!
Kew, Richmond, Chiswick, Hammersmith: brings it home that London is really a collection of villages. Ps. I'm not naming plants. I refuse to participate. Really!
Pagodas, towers are a bit like cricket: mildly diverting to spectate, bloody awful to participate

I know very little about cricket (shameful I know!), but the climb was just that 😂

@@ACanadianAbroadMichelle Keep it that way. It's safer. If in doubt ask a cricketer what a box is. And anyway, there's always a bar, club house, pavillion or the like: much more relaxing, enjoyable, dignified.
