Ingredients:
1 vanilla pudding powder
400 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
300 g puff pastry
1 egg
frozen blueberries
powdered sugar
- Mix 1/3 of the milk with the custard powder
- Bring 2/3 of the milk to the boil
- When the milk starts to boil, add the pudding.
- Cook the pudding until it thickens
- Leave the pudding to cool
- Brush the pastry with egg
- Bake the dessert in the oven at 180 °С for 25 minutes
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired
