You’re not alone. I received a set of Oracle cards in the mail one day from a system I have setup to get things from Amazon that are “free”. I avoided them based on my religious upbringing but something called to me one day. The spread told me to release what was no longer serving me and my relationship rang out in my mind. Had no idea where I was gonna go or do but I ended things the next day. Take the first step as our father has us along with your ancestors and spirit guides that are assigned to help you. They know how hard this is going to be as you break through this cycle. Just out it into their hands and watch how they deliver you from whatever you face. Remember, all we need is faith the size of a mustard grain! I love you and you can do this. Wow you drew the “silence” card!! I got so triggered by childhood rejection wounds last night and deactivated my social medias like nobody was reacting to anything I posted and I was a childhood wallflower and had bad emotional neglect teauma with my mom. Good advice to tell us to rewatch in two months. It’s in my reminders, thank you, such a good idea. This is definitely meant for me (me also, not just me of course)… just realized a lot of my physical chronic pain was coming from the simplest thing that I could have fixed so long ago had any professional I hired to help told me “practice gently pressing your feet equally into the ground, push the ground away gently,” but I guess I was meant to discover it this slow.
